O&M Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced O&M Site Manager to join our team in Sardinia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all maintenance and operations activities of our 45 MW Sardinia PV plant.

• Manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and best industry practices.
• Implement and enforce JUWI's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the site team and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Liaise with the Owner's representative and Owner's Engineer on site and during their visits.
• Manage relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, as needed.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of supplies, tools, and parts locally.
• Investigate and analyze technical, HSE, or other incidents on site, implementing preventive measures.
• Perform regular inspections of the PV plant and MV substation.
• Draft reports, as per contractual and internal requirements.
• Perform stand-by duties during weekends and public holidays, based on a roster.

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in construction and/or maintenance of PV plants or other power plants.
• Working experience with MV/LV substations, including transformers, switchgear, relays, etc.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations.
• Excellent IT skills, emphasizing MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
• Physically fit and able to work in extreme weather conditions.
