We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Materials Specialist to join our team in Central Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or chemical sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
