Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Solution Architect to lead our technical business processes, develop systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity, and create precise management plans for every project.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze systems requirements on a continuous basis and maintain systems processes, including delivering monthly status reports to all relevant parties.
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems, developing meaningful relationships with partners for optimized systems integration.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
  • Identify substandard systems processes through real-time data evaluation, leading technical business processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Previous experience in the IT department and data visualization.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP, CRM, BI, Enterprise Content-Management-System-Application, and programming languages.
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset, high proficiency in technical writing, and managing projects and user testing.
  • Good knowledge of English and/or Italian.
