We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
  • Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Roadmap Planning and Development:
  • Develop a product roadmap outlining key features and enhancements, prioritizing features and setting realistic timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product execution.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design:
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product, ensuring it meets or exceeds user experience expectations.
  • Development Oversight and Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor the development process, providing guidance and clarifications as needed, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality.
  • Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management or related strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product teams to create and launch new products based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Expertise in navigating the product development process, balancing customer satisfaction, speed, and quality.
  • Understanding of key technologies for web development and application development.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms.
