Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Barilla Group in Melfi. This role reports directly to the Plant Production Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the production plant, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness in production performance, quality, safety, and environment/energy.

You will analyze reporting systems and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with functions involved to define and implement solutions. Additionally, you will provide input to planners and shift leaders on special requests related to production planning and participate in budget definition for Capex, KPIs, quality, safety, and environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years of experience in industrial environments with a focus on quality, safety, production, lean, or Six Sigma.
