About the Role
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and exceed customer expectations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about creating a premier shopping experience and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, answering questions and making product recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized store floor and ensure excellent visual merchandising standards
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges professionally
- Stay up-to-date on Skechers products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Maintain a positive and welcoming store atmosphere, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers

Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required; passion for delivering exceptional customer service essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and bending
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
