We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Swisslog Healthcare. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, identifying and addressing any deviations or non-compliances.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop Quality Processes: Create and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
- Participate in Product Testing: Contribute to product testing and validation activities, ensuring that products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (B1 certification or higher).
- Skills and Competencies: Proactive, precise, timely, and accurate; good team player; excellent problem-solving attitude; good knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and PDCA/8D/5WHY problem-solving tools.
