ManpowerGroup Italia, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Specialist for Fincantieri Sistemi Integrati, a company within the Fincantieri Group that specializes in designing, producing, and supplying innovative integrated systems for industrial electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers.
- Select and qualify new suppliers with the support of the Valuation Suppliers function and monitor their performance.
- Align with requesting functions regarding the requirements of goods or services, maintaining constant collaboration and relationship with internal and external clients.
- Guide internal clients, educate them on processes, and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Process purchase requests.
- Draft and send request for proposals.
- Manage bid results and evaluate offers to ensure competitiveness in terms of price and delivery, interacting with requesting functions for technical validations.
- Actively participate in negotiations with suppliers, negotiating prices and revising contract conditions and clauses.
- Generate and send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Manage the operational activities of the assigned purchasing area, consistently with the saving/budget objectives and the company's strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with the agreed-upon supply conditions, in terms of timing and quality standards, soliciting suppliers and managing any non-conformities.
- Manage supplier relationships and development.
- Prepare budgets, reporting, and cost analysis related to various types of supplies and services.
- Maintain the correct conservation of data and contracts.
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Electronic, or Electrical).
- Organizational skills and accuracy in managing work activities.
- Negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial talent, rationality, and analytical spirit.
- Proactivity.
- Excellent listening, communication, and relationship skills with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work both in teams and autonomously.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel), and a basic knowledge of the SAP management system is desirable.
