About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical IT Specialist to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a Clinical IT Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Clinical IT solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Clinical IT solutions, ensuring they meet design phase expectations within the expected timeframe.
  • Ensure accurate control of projects and be accountable for project documentation and reporting.
  • Manage project issues and identify corrective actions to complete projects on time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up and targeted solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for customers on Clinical IT solutions, sharing new ideas for improvements and developments.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g. Lab Middleware, LIS, etc.).
  • Excellent customer communication and listening skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel 50-70% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Networking, Virtual Environments, and Operating Systems knowledge.
