Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostic: Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production processes.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other maintenance staff to ensure efficient equipment operation and maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, inspection reports, and parts inventory.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English, with Japanese skills being advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation equipment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driving license and knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial environment.
