As an Adult Animator Cruise Staff, you will be the heart of adult animation on board our ships. Your natural attitude to relationships will entertain our guests through energy and sympathy, creating a unique and memorable experience for them.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with guests to promote entertainment activities and ensure their needs are met.
  • Design and implement engaging games and activities that foster interaction among guests, breaking language barriers and creating a sense of community.
  • Manage guest requests and concerns, providing fast and effective solutions that meet their expectations and needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma, preferably in languages or tourism.
  • At least one year of experience in entertainment in resorts or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with sales techniques.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Other language skills are a plus, with Italian being an advantage.
  • Previous shipboard experience is a plus, but not required.
