Packaging Solutions Specialist

About the Role

As a Technical Application Specialist at ACMA, you will be part of the Engineering and R&D department, working closely with a team of 5 Application Engineers and reporting to the Application Engineer Leader.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting technical feasibility studies to define commercial solutions for sales;
  • Designing and developing complete layouts and flowcharts of products;
  • Developing quotations for complete lines or partial items for specific machines;
  • Analyzing customer requirements specifications;
  • Proposing new suppliers for parts included in the offer;
  • Creating technical presentations to support sales during negotiations with customers.

The position will be based in Bologna, Italy.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in automatic machines for primary or secondary packaging;
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Good command of mechanical drawings and CAD software;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Effective communication skills to build trust with colleagues;
  • Flexibility in managing priorities.
