About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new software products and enhancing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop backend systems using Python and Django
  • Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or high school diploma
