Job Summary
A highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator is needed to support the PDS team in respect to project management supervision. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to senior project managers, facilitate positive interactions among team members, and manage conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in drafting minutes, sending agendas, and drafting change controls
- Facilitate communication among team members and manage conflicts effectively
- Archive project documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with technical teams to draft proposals for Changes of Scopes & Project expansions based on guidelines

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Internet skills
- Preferably a Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, effective message delivery, empathy, and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain organization and attention to detail
