About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Hilti Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects from acquisition to execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing capture team to maximize topline and meet profitability standards on assigned projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management with an end-to-end approach, ensuring compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Development: Establish excellent working relationships with Hilti functions, provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues, and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural) or Technical Degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Sales managerial position and/or Project Management in Construction sites.
  • Skills: Fluent in English and Italian, with experience in power sector and ability to orchestrate complex commercial deals.
