About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Advertising & Digital Production Specialist who will oversee all Adv&Digital production activities, managing the production process from tender to pre-production meeting, with a focus on negotiation and cost controlling activities. This role will support the development of new campaigns and collaborate with specialized suppliers, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and follow production projects, particularly from tender to pre-production meeting: pitch, negotiation, and cost controlling, with responsibility for activities and attention to internal processes.
- Propose suppliers for these activities (production house, post-production house, directors) in collaboration with Creative Agencies and Procurement.
- Negotiate with suppliers according to the budget received, in collaboration with Procurement.
- Coordinate and facilitate work with internal/external stakeholders and Consultant Teams involved.
- Participate in all phases from Pre-Bid Meeting to Project delivery.
- Manage all documents created in the process, checking accuracy and filing.
- Control data systems and upload on internal tool.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, rules, and processes (Content Production process, Legal, and Procurement Policy).
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Arts & Cinema, Media Production, Performing Arts, or Economics and related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in cost controlling/producer and/or procurement activities for TVC and digital productions, preferably in international markets, managing global productions. Previous experience as Advertising Production Advisor could be an advantage. Knowledge of cost controlling and contents production, post-production process, and dynamic, flexible, proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.
Language SkillsFluency in Italian and English is required, with any additional languages considered a plus.
