About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our DSP Lab team in Brindisi. As a Research Scientist, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions to sustainably meet customers' and patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development activities to improve DSP Lab processes and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects.
  • Analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicate research findings and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Chemical or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory software.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
