We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to join our team in Sedico, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies, ensuring product quality, and managing non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Develop KPIs for monitoring product and process quality
  • Organize and manage cross-functional teams to improve product-process quality
  • Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure product quality in accordance with reference regulations and company standards
  • Train and develop personnel on quality practices
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies and procedures
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Actively participate in the qualification and validation of products

Requirements

  • Good scientific background, with a Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
  • Deep knowledge of office package, especially advanced Excel
  • Project Management skill for high-demanding projects related to the Quality world
  • Knowledge of regulations in force
