About the Role:
As a Senior Technology Business Consultant, you will play a vital role in our success. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address their needs and enhance the global financial ecosystem.
About the Team:
We are part of a dedicated division focused on Corporate Payments solutions and services worldwide. Our team specializes in serving enterprise clients, including large corporations and financial institutions. We operate under three main pillars: Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services. Our consultants manage numerous engagements each year, ranging from consultancy and support to large-scale implementations and upgrades.
What You Bring:
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and manage relationships to enhance satisfaction and feedback.
- Experience in delivering services and projects within agreed constraints.
- Commitment to achieving project goals with a focus on quality deliverables.
- Track record of meeting personal and team revenue targets.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative in overcoming challenges.
- Collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to identify new revenue opportunities through collaboration with sales teams.
- Contribution to the development of products and service offerings.
- Awareness of market trends in Treasury, Payments, and Corporate Banking.
- Functional expertise in relevant solutions and products.
- Ability to suggest product enhancements based on client feedback.
What You Will Need:
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Italian.
- Experience with Java scripting.
- Technical orientation.
- Familiarity with AWS public cloud.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Background in implementation projects.
- Experience in gathering client requirements.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Preferred experience with Trax or similar systems.
- Knowledge of payment processes.
Added Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in Treasury or Cash Management processes.
