About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team in Italy, Modena. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities for our clients, sites, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient and timely completion
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinators and Area Managers to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks
  • Assign tasks to Maintenance Operators and/or Sub-contractors and communicate with clients and sites to ensure accurate planning
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and deadlines
  • Coordinate technical intervention requests for client installations, site maintenance, and vehicle maintenance
  • Manage information in ERP systems (SAP) to ensure accurate data
Requirements
  • Knowledge of maintenance activities and procedures
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for installations
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to optimize costs and resources
  • Problem-solving skills and effective communication
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific fields or technical diploma
