We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic CRM & Customer Analytics team. As a data-driven company, we rely on numbers and data to inform our business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex business inputs and requirements to develop actionable insights that drive the development process of our CRM Programs.
- Develop and maintain mathematical models, including data collection, analysis, prototyping, testing, and creating production systems, focused primarily on CRM and customer data.
- Champion data science within our business to improve our understanding of customers' propensities and preferences within the products and services we provide.
- Ensure the quality and use of the Data Lake and CRM customer data, working with the CRM business analyst, CRM campaign coordinator, IT, and other departments to develop new data.
- Chart the course for our Customer Analytics, acting as a focal point of competencies, training junior scientists, business analysts, and management on the use of science models and tools.
- Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.
Requirements:
- Relevant experiences (5+ years) in developing, implementing, and maintaining Machine Learning / AI models and Optimization Algorithms in complex environments.
- A data-driven mindset, strengthened by academic backgrounds in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and another statistical programming language (Python or R); familiarity with Azure Databricks and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to connect innovations and projects to business opportunities.
- Embracing diversity and communicating fluently in English.
