Job Description: Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking a qualified RSPP to join their team in Melfi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and experience in developing and implementing safety programs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company safety program, ensuring compliance with current regulations;
• Create and update safety documentation, including the DVR and POS;
• Coordinate safety training and awareness activities for employees;
• Monitor the workplace to identify potential risks and propose preventive solutions;
• Collaborate with authorities and participate in regular safety inspections and evaluations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field;
• Previous experience as an RSPP or in similar roles;
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
