Sales and Therapy Specialist

Job Summary: As a Sales and Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to restore health and improve quality of life through cutting-edge device and management solutions for Structural Heart disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies. Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts. Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers. Provide input to enhance overall state performance. Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key customer groups. Utilize customer networks to drive business growth. Participate in business discussions with the Division Manager.
- Product Support: Assist with product marketing and launches. Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training. Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.
- Ethical Approach: Demonstrate sound ethical character. Prioritize customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
- Experience in mitral therapies, structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
- Customer-focused and service-minded.
- Team-oriented problem solver.
