About the Role

The Strategic Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase demand and sales of our company's products through distribution channels. This role requires close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product management teams to create and manage effective marketing programs that support our commercial objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Define the sales list and promotional activities for the commercial year, aligning with our company's commercial policy and verifying the correct positioning of our products in the market.

Develop marketing strategies for the distribution channel, defining and implementing marketing and promotion plans to support product sales at retailers and points of sale. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals.

Provide support to the marketing team in developing POS materials to assist retailers in effectively promoting our products and increasing sales.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing/sales activities by analyzing sales metrics, profitability, and other key performance indicators. Use data to optimize marketing/sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct market research to better understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Use research findings to inform marketing decisions and develop new strategies.

Collaborate with the product management team to develop new products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in retail or consumer goods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and results-oriented skills.

Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

Customer orientation and ability to understand market needs.
