Commercial Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team at Manpowergroup. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team to formulate and execute commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial teams with information to support decisions around new contracts, price reviews, EBITDA analysis, and new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall EBITDA and support the management of receivables with customers.
• Support the management of customer credit limits and financial performance, as well as budget, rolling forecast, and business review preparation.
• Manage and monitor commercial department spend, including marketing spend and print repro costs.
• Regularly update market share data and conduct regular reviews of customer performance.
• Support analysing data on market trends and customer behaviour, and provide financial insights to inform decision making.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a commercial or finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
