IT Infrastructure Specialist

LAVOROPIU' S.P.A. AGENZIA PER IL LAVORO is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join the IT department of a prominent client. This role will report directly to the IT Manager and will be responsible for enhancing the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on providing technical support for hardware and software to internal, external, and corporate users across various devices.

The selected candidate will work closely with colleagues in both domestic and international branches during the implementation of corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system support for issues related to the company's ERP, CRM, and Smart Manufacturing tools.
• Assist the IT Manager with server and network operations.
• Support the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Offer assistance at production workstations (INDUSTRY 4.0, terminals, automated warehouses).
• Deliver first and second-level support for hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with relevant resources (including external vendors) to resolve assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in IT roles within industrial production environments.
• Proficient in client operating systems management, installation, and support.
• Good understanding of Microsoft server operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
• Familiarity with networking principles for both wired and wireless networks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, DevOps, PowerApps) in the context of Azure AD Connect.
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Sophos and Fortinet (MS Defender, MS Intune, endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
• Preferable knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction from SQL and ORACLE databases.
• Experience with management platforms such as MS Dynamics D365FO and Microsoft CRM is advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level) is essential.
