About the Role:
The Corporate Sales Support Intern at Worldline will play a crucial part in our sales efforts, amplifying our reach and redefining industry standards. As a key member of our sales team, you will assist in the preparation and customization of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for corporate and large corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving positive change. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and excellent English language skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and customization of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for corporate and large corporate clients.
- Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and addressing client needs professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global departments, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales support activities.
- Maintain and update client databases with relevant information and interactions.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills also in English.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or corporate relations is a plus but not required.
