Program Overview
The Leadership Development Program for AI engineers is a three-year career acceleration program crafted for new graduates who share our passion for growth and technology evolution.

Job Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience of state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies used in our agile product development organization. You will also work on job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback to accelerate your growth and development.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in a STEM discipline or in linguistic computing/digital humanities, some experience in Python scripting for NLP and data analysis, good written and spoken English (B2) and Italian (B1 minimum), excellent team working and collaboration skills, and Italian residency or a plan to relocate to Italy.

Contract Details
The contract is a full-time, permanent position.
