Commodity Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Buyer to join our team at Reflexallen Group, a leading company in the automotive field.

• Identify and maintain supplier relationships, select new suppliers, and negotiate commodity prices, frame agreements, and contractual conditions.
• Collaborate with Regional and Group buyers/resources to develop and execute sourcing plans.
• Set up, lead, and support local improvement activities such as supplier selection, negotiation, cost-analysis, and make-or-buy analysis.
• Search and negotiate with suppliers, competitors, and companies within our Group for new products and services.
• Coordinate launch/RFP/whole purchasing process, technical approval, and quality until the first order.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement our purchasing strategy, ensuring reliability and sustainable documentation of purchasing processes.

• Technical High School or Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in automotive, household electrical appliances, or similar industries.
• Previous experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and/or Fittings.
• ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics AX as a plus).
• English: B2 level minimum.
• Office: advanced.
• Modena/Bologna residence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization.
• Excellent skills and experience in contract negotiation and price negotiation in a manufacturing environment.
