Main Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our Salesforce Partners team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will drive the development of essential flows within the Salesforce system, supporting our growth in each market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product requirements definition, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to propose new product solutions and continuously review and improve current product functionality and performance.
  • Build and communicate your product vision to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineering, data, and product design teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products.
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics, and track their progress.
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and processes.
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in product management, particularly in Salesforce complex initiatives.
  • Desirable experience building a product from scratch in close collaboration with engineering and design team members.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate, and improve product.
  • Ability to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and influence decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen.
