**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Leader to join our team in Milan. As a senior professional, you will drive our communications offering across various sectors and practice offerings, leveraging your expertise to deliver strategic content and valuable insights to clients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Source and lead projects, developing and implementing communication strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored communications campaigns contributing to clients' strategic goals.
  • Leverage your network to generate new client relationships and identify business opportunities for the firm.
  • Lead and manage teams, establishing clear roles and ensuring key stakeholders and client needs are met.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 18 years' experience in financial media, law firms, consultancy firms, corporate environments, financial institutions, or communications agencies.
  • Deep experience in producing communication strategies, action plans, and corporate narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of five or more people and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Italian and English.

**Salary:** €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
