Business Development Manager - Indirect Channels

G¢reentalent, a specialized recruiter in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, is seeking a Strategic Channel Development Specialist

This role involves leading the development of indirect sales channels to achieve network targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Strategy Development: Implement and develop strategies to maximize opportunities and achieve targets;
  2. Partner Identification and Recruitment: Identify and recruit new partners (agencies, brokers, etc.);
  3. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and training;
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor channel performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify optimization opportunities;
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of channel strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field;
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the energy market, preferably in the electric vehicle (EV) sector;
  3. Proficiency in English;
  4. Strong target-oriented mindset, ability to work in a team, and self-driven approach;
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling the establishment of a book of business to meet and exceed goals;
  6. Good record-keeping and organizational skills;
  7. Ability to travel.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and the ability to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators. Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
