We are committed to delivering innovative transportation solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a RAMS Engineer at Alstom, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our products and services.

Job Overview:

  • Manage RAM and Safety activities for projects and products, ensuring compliance with QCD commitments.
  • Plan and pilot RAM and Safety activities during tender phase, assessing capability and risks of Alstom products.
  • Perform preliminary RAM and Safety performance analysis to ensure adequacy of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, customers, and independent parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement RAM and Safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure product integrity.
  2. Analyze and evaluate safety and reliability data to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety and reliability measures.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Automation/Aerospace engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in safety and reliability analysis, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
