Unlock Your Potential as a Business Analyst

Mind The Value is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses to unlock their full potential. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop both functional and technical competencies in areas such as supply chain and finance, as well as configuring and implementing best-of-breed solutions like SAP, IBM, Dassault, and Adobe Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Offer valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and business software
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
