Senior Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our HVAC Division in Nord Ovest Italia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and promote our HVAC products and solutions to customers, including contractors, consulting engineers, and owners;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, maximizing account penetration and ensuring retention;
- Partner with other sales teams to leverage opportunities and influence specifications and market pricing;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record in a sales management role within the HVAC industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proven ability to open new channels and develop business opportunities;
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic annual salary of €80,000 - €100,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:
