HSE Advisor Role

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for verifying the effectiveness of health and safety measures in the workplace and environment. This role will involve identifying and evaluating potential risks to employee health, safety, and the environment. The HSE Advisor will recommend technical measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management system
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or environmental science
• Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
