We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst to become a vital part of our Global Operation Controlling team. This role focuses on overseeing the deployment of a comprehensive Costing Accounting model across all manufacturing units within LivaNova.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ERP systems, data migration, and a robust background in cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating project resources and timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to establish a clear roadmap, milestones, and actionable steps to achieve project objectives.
  • Working alongside local plant controllers during the implementation and localization of the cost accounting model, serving as the liaison between global and local controlling teams, as well as the central IT department.
  • Proficiently gathering and translating user and system requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Acting as the primary contact during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to identify and resolve any issues during the rollout.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to technical solutions, including user manuals.

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in industrial accounting and finance, coupled with exceptional analytical capabilities.

They will be accountable for managing their own tasks and will demonstrate effective communication skills across diverse functional and international teams.

Ideally, candidates will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and prior involvement in SAP or equivalent ERP system implementations and data migration projects.
