Pharmaceutical Therapist

The Cannabis Pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the best and highest quality consultations and guidance with regard to their medical cannabis needs.

1. Consultations and Follow-Ups: Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure that patients and caregivers are receiving accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate way.
2. Mentorship and Training: Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the managers and store staff through continual training on compliance, products, and company best practices.
3. Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to and promote the company culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance with policies and state regulations.
4. Cannabis Recommendations: Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

• Must hold an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be a registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong team management and personal communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Competitive salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
