Your Role:

As a Clinical Research Associate II at PSI CRO Ag, you will enjoy diverse monitoring tasks and work on clinical studies across different therapeutic areas, maintaining the highest industry standards.

You will be based in the Milan area or work remotely from other regions of Italy, enjoying a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and report onsite monitoring visits
  • Be involved in study startup and CRF review
  • Perform source document verification and query resolution
  • Manage site communication and be a point of contact for support services and vendors
  • Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress
  • Participate in feasibility research and support regulatory submissions
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections

Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Italy
  • Experience in Phase II and/or III monitoring visits, particularly in Oncology/Gastroenterology
  • Full proficiency in English and Italian
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
