We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Director to join our team at Bomi Group.


Job Description:



  • Develop and implement physical security plans to protect company assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure effective security operations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure prompt response to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on security protocols and procedures.
  • Manage the budget for physical security operations and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective physical security plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
