Refrigeration and Ventilation Specialist

- Oversee the safe operation, upkeep, and repair of refrigeration and ventilation systems, reporting directly to the facility manager.
- Monitor and supervise the temperature levels in chilled and freezer storage areas, including refrigerant management.
- Document any leak occurrences and implement necessary corrective measures, alongside maintenance of ventilation systems, fire dampers, and all associated Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Lead the team of HVAC technicians specializing in refrigeration and ventilation by assigning tasks and coordinating the required spare parts.
- Ensure optimal performance, maintenance, and repair of the entire HVAC system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Refrigeration or Ventilation Mechanics.
- Extensive professional experience with industrial HVAC and central cooling systems; experience on cruise ships is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of relevant systems; F-Gas certification is required.
- A collaborative team player with a guest-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
