Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Director to lead our financial operations at Aman Rosa Alpina, San Cassiano Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. This pivotal role provides strategic financial leadership to support our long-term goals, ensuring financial stability and compliance during this crucial phase.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in financial management within luxury hotels, ideally with expertise in hotel re-openings or similar transitional phases. A degree in Financial Management or a related field is essential, along with a strong understanding of taxation laws, financial reporting standards, and USALI conventions.

Key responsibilities include providing financial guidance to the General Manager, establishing financial systems and controls, leading budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all legal, licensing, and tax obligations.

The successful candidate will have experience managing finance teams, including recruitment and restructuring, and should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SunSystem Financial Accounting or similar software. Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills are key, especially during re-openings.

Fluency in both English and Italian is required, as well as exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
