Job Title: RDA/Customer Service Specialist

W EXECUTIVE S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled RDA/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders through the SAP system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand needs and ensure completeness of requests
  • Prepare and send purchase orders to selected suppliers
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and related documents
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure correct invoicing and payment
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably with SAP
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to provide high-quality service
