Chief Quality Officer

Job Title: Chief Quality Officer - Automotive Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Quality Officer to join our Automotive Division at Fiamm Energy Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with a focus on OEM customer relations.

• Maintain regular communication with OE customers to ensure high-quality products and services
  
• Analyze market trends and warranty costs associated with OEM supplies to identify areas for improvement
  
• Manage After Market customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new After Market products and services
  
• Support product development and quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  
• Provide technical expertise to production plants and external warehouses to ensure quality control
  
• Manage product certificates and documentation for sales
  

• 
  
• Technical or scientific degree (Engineering preferred)
  
• Knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards
  
• Experience with automotive tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and customer portal management
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Flexibility, organization, and precision
