Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Monza DPS site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will support the manager in ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery dedicated to the production of sterile drugs.
Main Responsibilities
- Intervene to restore mechanical and sensor-related faults on machines and equipment, even during production phases.
- Provide technical support as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery.
- Perform the diagnosis and problem-solving process of malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of available data.
- Assist production personnel in using mechanical and electronic equipment, including conducting training activities for operators.
- Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement maintenance projects received and agreed upon with the Maintenance Manager to eliminate recurring malfunctions and improve machinery reliability.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience is required, preferably but not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Availability to work shifts is required.
