Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sogni. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting and serving innovative cocktails, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements:
Knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Passion for cocktails
Teamwork oriented
Fluency in English
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Computer literacy
Mixology training certificate is a plus
2 years' previous experience in the role
