We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Madeinadd S.r.l. as an Additive Manufacturing Expert. This is a key role within our Society Product & Engineering Team, responsible for leading complex projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing technical guidance and support to drive business development and pre-sales activities.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end process of complex projects, from pre-sales activities to lean execution, ensuring timely design, production, and delivery of final products.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to support the Chief Product Officer on engineering and manufacturing standards, as well as product content improvements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Application Engineers to provide guidance and support on broader project execution activities, and work closely with the Eco-System Manager to provide technical expertise for supply base portfolio continuous improvement.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends, technologies, materials, and design for Additive solutions & tools, acting as an Additive Manufacturing subject matter expert.
- Education: Master's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of working experience within an industrial environment or OEM company, with a minimum of 5 years of project management and product development experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high level of oral and written communication skills in English, and good knowledge of Office 365 suite and GD&T basics.
- DFSS Black Belt certification and/or OpEX project previous experience.
- Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies and market, as well as alternative/supporting ones such as post processing, quality controls & testing.
- International education and/or work experience.
