Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Biological Laboratory Technician to join our team at Eli Lilly Italia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests in accordance with GMP and company SOPs, including biological tests on excipients and APIs, in-process and semi-finished product tests, sterility tests, endotoxin testing, total microbial count, microbial identification, bioassay, bioburden testing, and particle count analysis.
  • Manage data and analysis through various software systems, including CAPA, TrackWise, GMARS, SMARTLAB, and DarwinLIMS.
  • Write and modify SOPs and laboratory methods.
  • Support the development of APR/PQE documents for the laboratory area.
  • Verify results and ensure compliance with registered limits in methods or reference procedures.
  • Write validation protocols and reports.
  • Monitor environmental conditions and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Train colleagues on technical aspects of laboratory work.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Biology.
  • Previous experience in a biological or microbiological laboratory.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
