Digital Marketing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include creating and managing digital media plans, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies and projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Creation of social, search, and YouTube campaigns on major digital platforms
* Support in the implementation of strategies and rationales
* Data collection and insights from European countries
* Analysis and reporting of campaign performance
* Collaboration with the coordination team and the strategic team
* Management of monthly reports and coordination of markets for accesses and problems with the platform

**Requirements:**

* At least 2 years of experience in managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns
* Ability to design and manage digital media plans in relation to the client's budget and objectives/KPIs
* Ability to work with internal teams, with colleagues from foreign countries, and with external partners/suppliers
* Campaign monitoring and results analysis and reporting development skills
* Ability in KPI analysis and Excel knowledge
* Knowledge of the main KPIs and methods of remuneration of performance marketing activities
* Knowledge of the main paid advertising platforms: Google ADS and Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Bing
* Solid skills in client relationship management
* Knowledge of other biddable self-service platforms (for example Spotify, TikTok Ads Manager), experiences in the programmatic field or in the management of reservation campaigns through concessionaires and/or publishers are preferential requirements
