As a Technical & Business Project Manager, you will join our Project and Portfolio Management Unit within the Global Manufacturing Division. You will lead projects that transfer products from R&D to manufacturing, introduce new products to the market, and manage product lifecycles. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project execution aligns with product strategy and capture internal and external stakeholder requirements in the project scope.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support management in preparing and presenting business cases for approval and finalize agreements necessary to kick off projects.
- Capture internal/external stakeholder requirements in the project scope and translate them into project deliverables.
- Ensure project execution is aligned with product strategy.
- Kick off cross-functional project teams and prepare detailed planning, project budget (cost and effort), and risk register.
- Lead project teams in execution, monitoring, and control of projects, assigning, coordinating, and tracking tasks.
- Report project progress and escalate risks/issues to management.
- Report project cost and effort.
- Collect and analyze change of scope requests.
- Integrate environmental sustainability topics in project input collection.
- Collaborate and interact with other company functions (R&D, Global Marketing, Alliance Management) according to global processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and share project lessons learned with the organization.
- Promote inclusive and collaborative approaches for cross-functional global activities.
